MIcrosoft Dynamics 365 Business Central & LS Central in Retail environment
With this project, I worked with a large Irish retailer to manage the replacement of their legacy ERP system with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the LS Retail vertical ERP solution. I managed the project with the client's project team of 50+, from project launch to project close, guiding them through all stages - defining and documenting their requirements, preparing data for migration, testing all aspects of the new system, training the users and managing the cutover to the new system in their HQ and 35 stores. The project went live on time and within the project budget.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in Construction Supply Chain Management
This project was to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations within the internal Global Supply Chain Group for a large Construction materials provider. It was a Cloud deployment and needed to be implemented in a relatively short six month timescale.I managed this project as part of the implementing partner team and we achieved the go live successfully within the very tight timelines and within the client's budget.It provided extensive benefits for the client over the previous manual systems and was followed up with a similar project for another similar team within the client's organization.
SAP S4/HANA in Engineering Manufacturing. Migrate multiple legacy systems across multiple countries.
This project was for a client in the Engineering Manufacturing sector. I was the client-side project manager for a SAP S4/HANA implementation encompassing all functional areas of the business (Finance, Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing) to replace multiple legacy ERP systems in multiple countries. Involving all aspects from project mobilization, Blueprint workshops, data migration, full test cycle management, Change Management, Cutover planning and Go Live. I led their project team of 50+ as well as management of the implementation partner. The project went live successfully within an eighteen month timescale.
ERP SYSTEM REPLACEMENT IN AGRI DIVISION OF LARGE IRISH DAIRY CO-OPERATIVE
This project entailed an ERP implementation of Intact iQ for the Agribusiness division of a leading Munster-based Co-Operative group. My role was as their client-side project manager with full responsibility for the project, including project initiation and launch, requirements definition, system build, UAT and deployment phases. The scope of the project was to replace the existing ERP system within their 26 Co-Op Superstores as well as their Animal Feed Mill. The project complexities included rebuilding and testing significant customizations as well as multiple integrations with their corporate ERP and BI platform, their Feed mill Production system as well as catering for their wide-ranging product range including hardware and farm requisites.
ERP SYSTEM REPLACEMENT IN UK DRY MORTAR MANUFACTURER FOR CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY.
Project managed an implementation of SAP Business One at the leading supplier of on-site mortar to the construction industry in UK. I was their client-side project manager with responsibility for the full project team and project activities including the test and deployment phases of the project. The scope of the project was to replace all legacy systems for 100+ users in their HQ and their nine manufacturing plants across UK. Project complexities included the integration of their bespoke MES system with the ERP system to provide real time production and costing data within ERP from their production ssystem withing the manufacturing plants. I was responsible for all day-to-day project planning, execution and governance as well as managing the external implementation vendor.
